Cub Scout Pack 2 is a family‑centered program for boys and girls in kindergarten through 5th grade right here in Fort Smith. We give kids a safe, supportive place to explore the outdoors, try new skills, and grow into confident young leaders. Our pack is active, welcoming, and rooted in the values that make our community strong.
What Kids Experience in Pack 2
Our Scouts learn by doing. Depending on their age, they might:
- Build simple projects and learn basic STEM skills
- Explore local parks, trails, and the outdoors
- Practice teamwork and problem‑solving
- Learn first aid and safety
- Participate in service projects that support Fort Smith families
- Go camping with their families and pack leaders
Every activity is part of an “adventure” that teaches responsibility, citizenship, and character in a fun, hands‑on way.
A Program That Grows With Them
Pack 2 is organized by grade level:
- Lion – Kindergarten
- Tiger – 1st Grade
- Wolf – 2nd Grade
- Bear – 3rd Grade
- Webelos – 4th Grade
- Arrow of Light – 5th Grade
Scouts earn belt loops, pins, and badges as they complete adventures. Advancement is based on effort and participation—kids are encouraged to do their personal best, not compete with each other.
Why Families Choose Pack 2
